HAPPY BIRTHDAY

YES, WE STAYED IN OUR PJ'S ALL DAY!!!

To me hehehe. the Big 39.. Last Sat. we went to the melting pot for dinner. We figured maybe we should do my birthday 1st(before the holiday craziness) because typically i am pretty sick of eating and food by the time the 30th rolls around. My birthday was just the way i wanted it. Got up, went for a 10 mile run up in the hills with Dee Anna and Lisa. came home took a bath.

You know I have the most amazing boys in this house. the boys had decorated the house while i was gone and made me my favorite breakfast of chorizo and eggs. They both made me homemade cards and a homemade neckless from Tanner. I got a good book some fun money. AND my Garmen GPS arm band that will tell me everything from how fast i am running, and how far my pace at all times throughout my run, my milage my calories. a final run down on my run and sets me up to make goals for myself etc etc. you name it it does it. even tell me where to go if i get lost... It will do the same for when i am biking too I LOVE IT. I am pretty stoked.
spent the rest of the day playing mexican trains and watching movies. it was a great day exactly the way i wanted to spend it..

Hey Happy Belated Birthday to you and Tanner!

Looks like you guys had a good Thanksgiving.

I've had to stay away from the whole commercial bit the last few days or I would have been on the same soap box. I feel so sorry for that worker's family. I can't believe that the shoppers kept shopping through it all even after police, etc. arrived...that is just SOO wrong. Nothing is worth another person's life...gotta stop, I'm making myself sick again.

We haven't done our tree yet...our tradition is the first weekend of December so we should be doing that this Saturday. Miss going to the tree farm like we used to in Oregon. There is just something about wandering through the trees looking for that perfect one.

It takes me about a week to get all the Christmas stuff up too...one reason we save the tree for last LOL. I better get moving so I can get a bit more done before Mark gets home. I think I'll pull out the Christmas CDs!

Wow! Am I behind- with my mom here my normal routines changed. Happy Happy birthday! I do have something for you, I hope to see you next week. Anyway, how fun getting your tree and the zoo lights. We always go during the school break. We get our tree this Saturday - but I will be at the coast with friends so David and the kids are getting it. He thinks it is a big deal I am "letting" him do it on his own. REally though he always picks out the one we get - so not a big deal for me. Have a great weekend and I will see you for sure next week!
